Cici Ebersole

Chief Talent Officer Ducks Unlimited

Since 2019, Cici has led the Human Resources function at Ducks Unlimited in her role as Chief Talent Officer. Cici is a key member of DU's Senior Leadership Team and has held senior HR leadership roles in top organizations including Smith & Nephew, Express Scripts (now Evernorth Health Services, a Cigna subsidiary) and Jackson Hewitt.

She is a member of the Society of Human Resources (SHRM) Executive Network, and the SHRM Voice of Work panel, as well as an Advisory Board Member of the Women in Leadership Program at the University of Tennessee, Knoxville. She is a sought-after speaker and has been recognized for her insights into DEI, culture building, and organizational health. She was recently named as one of the Top 50 Women Leaders in Non-Profit of 2023 as well as the Top 50 Women Leaders in Memphis by Women We Admire . Cici and her HR team were instrumental in Ducks Unlimited’s recognition as one of the Best and Brightest Companies to Work For in the Nation® in 2023. Her work in professional development programs has also been recognized as she was recently named a 2024 Learning Trailblazer finalist by the Corporate Learning Network.

Cici holds an MBA from the University of Central Arkansas as well as a JD and a Bachelor's degree in Economics from the University of the Philippines. With over 20 years of experience in employment law and human resources, Cici brings credibility to the human resources function as a true organizational partner. In her spare time, she enjoys yoga, reading, traveling, and enjoying the outdoors with her family. With her husband of 18 years, she co-manages a busy household made up of two young children and a small menagerie of two huge dogs, a cat and about a dozen tropical fish.
