Christopher has over fifteen years of experience as a learning leader in the hospitality industry. He began his career with Lettuce Entertain You, Enterprises as a Divisional Training Manager, overseeing onboarding, new restaurant openings and employee training and development for a portfolio of restaurants that expanded across five markets in the US. Seeking new challenges, he left LEYE to work as an L&D Director for a restaurant start-up, Roti, where he built the employee training program and leadership development series. After establishing the foundations of a learning culture for Roti, he moved on to a new opportunity as Director, Commercial Services Learning and Development, Americas for Hyatt, where he currently leads learning strategy.
