During the COVID pandemic we have been working extensively with clients to convert what would have traditionally been F2F programs to 100% virtual programs, including custom design of digital content and delivery/facilitation by Impact on the client's preferred virtual learning platform as well as on Impact’s airTM ‘mobile first’ platform. Our design team leverages an agile approach involving 4-week “sprints” for an iterative, adaptive and cohesive design approach. The guiding principle of this approach is to enable 'learning in the flow of work' for program participants where some of the learning and development occur programmatically while other aspects take place in participants’ day-to-day work on the job.
